We ALL have something to offer one another, we just have to know ourselves well enough to know what that something is. And yes, some offerings are bigger than others, but that’s not to say that my gifts/talents are not as good as yours and vice versa. It’s not the size of your gift or talent, it’s your willingness to share it with others that makes it have worth. It saddens me that there are a multitude of people out there that are in one or more of the following situations and don’t share their gifts and talents. They don’t

Why do people always want to fit in? Why would you want to be one of the “crowd”?   “Why fit in when you were born to stand out”. – Dr. Seuss I came to the conclusion sometime ago, that I don’t wish to fit in with  society or the “cool kids”.  Come to think of it, even in high school, I was an outsider, I didn’t fit in with any groups.  Finding something worth my time was one of the reasons why I chose not to “fit in”. Togo Africa is in need of your help…

I decided to post this again as I believe a lot of people missed it. This is a great opportunity to help others in need. I have recently been asked to go to Togo Africa in September for a building project. I have a soft spot for going to foreign countries and building facilities to help underprivileged teens. I have done several mission trips in the past, mostly in southeast Asia where I assisted with building projects as well.  This will be my first trip to Africa. I had some reservations in the beginning, yet after speaking with J.J. Alderman,

Africa mission project

I have recently been asked to go to Togo Africa in September for a building project. I have a soft spot for going to foreign countries and building facilities to help underprivileged teens. I have done several mission trips in the past, mostly in southeast Asia where I assisted with building projects as well.  This will be my first trip to Africa. I had some reservations in the beginning, yet after speaking with J.J. Alderman, who is the missionary in Africa, those doubts have evolved into excitement. I am excited to help build this facility that will give these kids
